When will I receive my item?

You should received your items within 5-7 days unless otherwise stated in the product description.  

Can I track my order?

Does Lotus Petals Therapy ship internationally?

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.  We do not ship internationally at this time.  

How do I initiate a return for a refund?

Please contact us directly with your order number. Once we receive confirmation of your shipping information, we will initiate a refund for the full amount of your purchase. Please find additional information on returns here.
